How I Overcame My Deepest Darkest Fear

Are you one of those who are stifled by their life? I am sure one! My fears have taken a lot on me in every aspect-emotionally, physically, and mentally It's gripped me, trampled me, all of which resulted in a decayed motivation and absolutely no inspiration to achieve or become something in my life.

Everything is powerful if you let it take your body and mind, Fear is something that can make an adhesive, impossible to get rid of, and you'll find yourself living a life with the "what-if" scenarios. (Yeah! I know we can lose count of such instances where only "what-ifs" were on our mind)

I've never liked or loved fear I hate that queasy, nervous, heart-racing feeling which I feel when I'm scared or anxious Fear may well be a good thing as well It can be read as a helpful mechanism. It's the irrational fear that hold us back and stop us from the fullest.

My Two Stages Of Fear

Of all that I remember, I have faced fear in all forms First Stage (The Baby Fear)

 First Stage (The Baby Fear)

When I was a kid, I used to be afraid of this particular mathematics teacher (I'm sure you laughed or at least smiled after reading this). He looks like a demon to me (quite literally) If you ask me why, well, he always wanted to solve the problems of the board because he knew I'd get it wrong every damn time.

Two- he used to punish me for even slightest mistakes . The nights before my mathematics exams were the worst. I used to be down with a fever every time. Well, guess what the real problem was here? I realized that my main reason was not my mathematics teacher, but the subject itself, yes, I had math phobia. And my teacher was only trying to help me overcome it I made friends with him and he helped me make friends And my fear was gone in a few months. Without even understanding what my fear was, I would have sprouted off my relationship with my teacher. Final Stage (19659012) Final Stage (The Darkest Fear) " width="700" height="450"/>

You can call it is the fear of the unknown I have had to have this magnet during this negative time. I started I still remember how my family and friends made me watch the best of the inspirational videos; They even showed me real examples. And guess what I learned from them all? I feared even more I liked my life with all those inspirational counterparts and then drew a chart as to them.

Does any of these make any sense to Y'all? Back then, it never happened to me as well But, I continued to live in my own concern and self-doubt. Born to intellectual parents, I always faced the problem. And especially in my teen-hood, this is somehow got me into the negative way. I stopped socializing, I started to try in more than ever, I was so lost in my worries that whenever I met a guy on a date, I'd end up saying, "I worry you "instead of" I Love you "(Rofl). My imperfections had blindfolded me I could not see anything beautiful

How I Overcame My Deepest Darkest Fear

One fine day, I gathered up all the courage and talked about my mom about it. I asked him about how I felt. I asked her that I was not sure That's when my mother smiled (mothers always do this when you're worried, right?) She told me about her fears, her failures in life. She said, " Beta nobody is perfect. And nothing in life can ever be perfect ".

After a good two hours of talking to her, I realized that fear is all an outcome of our thinking. We need to get rid of our fears and problems. After I spoke to my mom, I tried it, I tried it as life as it came, and made sure that I lived and cherished the biggest moments of my life.
